Long Term Conditions Hebrides are offering a wonderful opportunity for a series of mindfulness workshops throughout February, and Neuro Hebrides members are invited to take part.
Mindfulness can help you feel calmer, improve your relationships, and manage stress and anxiety. It can also help you become more aware of your thoughts and feelings, and how to deal with them in a more productive way.
The sessions are being lead by Mairi Thomson from Stress Monkey Solutions, and will include mindfulness, meditation and mantras. There will also be a session on creativity - exploring mindfulness with art.
The workshops will be online on the 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th February from 12noon -2pm. All welcome.
