Emily Holmes is the new Charity Coordinator for Neuro Hebrides and is delighted to be part of such a fantastic charity.
Emily previously trained in Countryside Management and conservation. She worked as a Community Ranger for Forestry Commission and Forestry Commission Scotland, where she spent many years working with community, education and volunteer groups in community woodlands and Forests. She is very passionate about working with communities, striving to make everyone feel welcome and that they can be part of something, regardless of their health, disability, background, race or gender.
Emily is very creative and also runs a craft shop in Carloway. Emily is really looking forward to working with everyone at Neuro Hebrides and helping the charity to reach out and help as many people in the Western Isles with a Neurological condition as possible.
Neuro Hebrides are excited to have Emily on the team! Her warmth and enthusiasm have already made an impact and we're looking forward to working together. Hope to see you all at the activities planned over the coming months.
